1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 egg, beaten

Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

For the Peach Salsa:

2 ripe peaches, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust for spice preference)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

Prepare the Turkey Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined, ensuring the ingredients are evenly distributed.

    Form the Skewers: Take small portions of the turkey mixture and mold them around each skewer, pressing gently to shape them into elongated pieces. Space them out on the skewer, leaving room for even cooking. Aim for about 4-5 pieces on each skewer.

      Make the Peach Salsa: In a separate bowl, combine the diced peaches, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and fresh cilantro. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and season with salt to taste. Stir gently to combine, then set aside to let the flavors meld while you cook the skewers.

        Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using an outdoor grill, ensure the grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.
