1 lb ground turkey

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1 avocado, sliced

1 head of large romaine lettuce or butter lettuce, leaves separated

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

    Add Ranch Seasoning: Once the turkey is fully cooked, stir in the ranch seasoning mix, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined. The turkey should be evenly coated with the seasoning and heated through.

      Prepare Fresh Ingredients: While the turkey is cooking, rinse and chop the lettuce leaves. Prepare the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and avocado.

        Assemble Wraps: Take a lettuce leaf and fill it generously with the seasoned turkey mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and a slice of avocado.
