Toasted Marshmallow S’mores Dip

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for serving)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for greasing)

Optional: chocolate bar pieces for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease an 8-inch round baking dish or an oven-safe skillet with unsalted butter to ensure easy removal later.

      Melt the Chocolate Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted, smooth, and well combined, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat once completely melted.

        Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, fold in 3/4 of the crushed graham crackers into the melted chocolate mixture. This will give the dip a slight texture reminiscent of a s’more.

          Assemble in Baking Dish: Pour the chocolate graham cracker mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula. Top the mixture with mini marshmallows, making sure to cover the surface entirely.

            Toast the Marshmallows: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted to your liking.

              Serve Warm: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. If desired, garnish with chocolate bar pieces on top for an extra indulgence. Serve warm with the remaining crushed graham crackers for dipping!
