1 cup walnuts, finely chopped

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped walnuts, rolled oats, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Mix them well to ensure even distribution of dry ingredients.

    Add Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the almond butter, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.

      Combine the Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a spatula or your hands to mix everything thoroughly until a sticky dough forms. If you’re using mini chocolate chips, fold them in at this stage.

        Form the Energy Bites: Once the mixture is well combined, take about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball shape. Repeat this process until you've formed all the energy bites.
