Ingredients

4 large tortillas (spinach or plain)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup sliced cured meats (salami, prosciutto, or pepperoni)

1 cup assorted cheeses (cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack), shredded

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/2 cup pickles or banana peppers, sliced (optional)

1/4 cup fresh arugula or spinach

1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, or parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Spicy Cream Cheese Spread: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, and sriracha sauce. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust the heat to your preference by adding more or less sriracha.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean, dry surface. Spread a generous layer of the spicy cream cheese mixture across the entire tortilla.

Layer the Fillings: Begin layering the sliced cured meats, followed by shredded cheese, roasted red peppers, and pickles or banana peppers (if using). Add a handful of fresh arugula and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Season: Lightly season with salt and pepper over the layer.

Wrap It Up: Starting at one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly over the fillings. Ensure it's secure, then continue rolling until the ends are tucked in. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Slice and Serve: For a beautiful presentation, slice each wrap into bite-sized pieces or halves. Arrange them on a platter, drizzling any remaining spicy cream cheese on top as garnish.

Enjoy: These sweet and spicy charcuterie wraps are perfect for gatherings, parties, or as a delicious snack. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
