Ingredients

For the Parfaits:

2 cups of creamy Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup of granola (use your favorite blend)

1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup of ripe peaches, diced (or mango for a tropical twist)

1 banana, sliced

1 cup of blueberries

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

For the Fruit Sauce (optional):

½ cup of fresh strawberries

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit Sauce (Optional):

    - In a blender or food processor, combine ½ cup of strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and a squeeze of lemon juice.

      - Blend until smooth, adjusting sweetness to taste. Set aside.

        Layer the Parfaits:

          - In a tall glass or parfait cup, start with a layer of Greek yogurt (about ¼ cup).

            - Add a layer of granola (approximately 2 tablespoons) on top of the yogurt.

              - Follow with a layer of mixed fruits—beginning with sliced strawberries, followed by diced peaches (or mango), and a sprinkle of blueberries.

                - Drizzle a bit of the fruit sauce on top if desired.

                  Repeat the Layers:

                    - Repeat the layers until you've filled the glass; you can create 2-3 layers, topping with yogurt.

                      - Finish with a generous dollop of yogurt and a final sprinkle of granola.

                        - Add the sliced banana as a garnish, and drizzle additional honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness.

                          Garnish:

                            - Top with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.

                              Serve:

                                - Enjoy immediately after preparing for the best texture, or chill for about 15-30 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
