Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 6 full sheets)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Strawberries: In a medium bowl, place the sliced strawberries and set aside. You can sprinkle a little sugar on them if you prefer them sweeter.

Make the Pudding Mix: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until well combined. This will take about 2 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Combine the Fluff Mixture: In the same bowl, gently fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add the Marshmallows: Stir in the mini marshmallows to the fluff mixture until evenly distributed.

Layer the Ingredients: In a large serving bowl or individual dessert cups, layer the ingredients. Start with a layer of the fluff mixture, followed by a layer of strawberries, and a layer of crushed graham crackers. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of fluff on top.

Chill: Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to firm up a bit.

Serve: Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy the light, sweet flavors of this delightful dessert!
