2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a clean work surface. Start by placing a handful of fresh spinach or mixed greens in the center of each tortilla.
