2 whole naan breads

1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or a dairy-free alternative)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare Spiced Chickpeas: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
