Ingredients

3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

2 cups mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup milk chocolate chips (or chocolate bar pieces)

1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 6 full sheets)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.

Melt the Butter: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows, stirring until they are completely melted and smooth.

Add Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the melted marshmallow mixture, combining thoroughly.

Combine Ingredients: Remove the saucepan from the heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and crushed graham crackers until well coated. Toss in the milk chocolate chips, mixing just until evenly distributed but not melted.

Press into the Pan: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. With buttered hands or a spatula, press the mixture evenly into the dish, ensuring it's compact.

Top with Marshmallows and Chocolate: Sprinkle extra mini marshmallows and additional milk chocolate chips over the top of the mixture for an added s'mores touch.

Set and Chill: Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or until set. For a quicker set, you can refrigerate them for about 15 minutes.

Cut and Serve: Once cooled and firm, remove from the pan by lifting out the parchment paper (if used). Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
