Ingredients

4 cups Reese’s Puffs cereal

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Lightly spray the paper with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Melt the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir consistently until the mixture is smooth and combined, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, and fold in the mini marshmallows until slightly melted.

Combine with Cereal: In a large mixing bowl, pour the Reese’s Puffs cereal. Drizzle the melted peanut butter mixture over the cereal. Using a spatula or your hands (greased lightly), gently fold until the cereal is fully coated and all ingredients are combined.

Transfer to the Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use the spatula or your hands to press down evenly and compactly, making sure it’s well packed to hold together once set.

Melt the Chocolate Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth and melted.

Drizzle and Chill: Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the pressed cereal mixture. Use a spatula to spread it evenly. If desired, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top for a decorative touch.

Let it Set: Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator for another hour to fully set. Once set, lift the bars out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares or rectangles.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve the bars as a fun snack or dessert. Store extras in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week (they will be best within the first few days).
