Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas

1/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter

2 large whole wheat tortillas

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (for crunch)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (for garnish)

1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

Prepare the Work Surface: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board or plate.

Spread the Peanut Butter: Use a butter knife or spatula to spread a generous layer of peanut butter over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. If desired, drizzle honey over the peanut butter for added sweetness.

Add the Banana: Place one banana at one edge of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla around the banana gently but tightly to create a sushi-like roll.

Add the Crunch: Before rolling it all the way, sprinkle some granola or chopped nuts along the length of the banana for added texture and crunch.

Roll it Up: Continue rolling the tortilla until the banana is completely wrapped. If using chia seeds or flaxseeds, sprinkle them between the tortilla and banana for extra nutrition.

Cut and Garnish: Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into bite-sized pinwheels (about 1-2 inches thick). Arrange them on a serving plate. If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut and/or cinnamon sugar on top for an extra touch.

Repeat: Repeat the process with the second tortilla and banana.

Serve: Serve immediately as a fun breakfast, snack, or dessert.
