1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Extra mini marshmallows for topping

Mini chocolate bar pieces (for garnish)

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.

    Form the Cups: Using muffin liners, line a muffin tin. Evenly distribute the graham cracker mixture among the liners, pressing down firmly to form a crust at the bottom. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to set.

      Heat the Chocolate: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

        Layer the Cups: Once the crust is set, remove the muffin tin from the refrigerator. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crusts, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

          Add Marshmallows: Top each chocolate layer with mini marshmallows, pressing them down slightly to ensure they stick.

            Melt the Topping: If desired, use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows until golden brown, or broil them in an oven on high for just a minute or two (watching closely to prevent burning).

              Chill Again: Place the cups back in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow the chocolate to set completely.

                Serve and Garnish: Just before serving, top each S’mores cup with mini chocolate bar pieces and an extra sprinkling of mini marshmallows, if desired. Enjoy your no-bake treat!
