1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

Mini chocolate bars (for garnish)

Extra graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.

    Layer the Crust: Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly among 4-6 small jars or cups, about a quarter of an inch deep. Press the mixture down firmly to create a solid crust base.

      Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

        Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until fully combined.

          Add the Chocolate: Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cheesecake mixture until evenly distributed.

            Layer the Cheesecake: Spoon the cheesecake filling on top of the graham cracker crusts in each jar, filling them about halfway.
