Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies, crushed

5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Additional chopped mini peanut butter cups and Oreo pieces for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust. Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and free of lumps.

Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter cheesecake mixture until well blended. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

Add Peanut Butter Cups: Fold in the chopped mini peanut butter cups, reserving a few for garnish on top.

Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, until fully set.

Serve: Once set, carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan. Garnish the top with additional chopped mini peanut butter cups and crushed Oreos before slicing.

Enjoy: Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy, indulgent flavors of your no bake Oreo peanut butter cup cheesecake!
