1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) for layering and garnish

Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.

    Layer the crust: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each serving glass or jar. Press down gently to create an even layer. Set aside.

      Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined and creamy.

        Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

          Layer the cheesecake: Spoon or pipe about 1/4 cup of the cream cheese filling over the crust in each glass. Follow with a layer of fresh berries. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass, ending with a layer of the cream cheese filling.

            Chill the parfaits: Cover each glass with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
