Ingredients

1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup salsa

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

1 pack of refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)

¼ cup sour cream (optional, for serving)

Chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Unroll the Crescent Dough: Open the package of crescent roll dough and carefully unroll it onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into triangles according to the perforations.

Fill the Dough: Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it at the wide end of each triangle. Be careful not to overfill; about 1-2 tablespoons of filling per triangle should be sufficient.

Roll the Burrito Wraps: Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the point, making sure to tuck in the sides to secure the filling. Pinch the edges to seal them tightly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rolled burritos seam-side down on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper-lined sheet.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with sour cream and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
