1 cup cooked rotini pasta

1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (like oregano or basil)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 loaf of French bread (or Italian bread), sliced into 1-inch thick pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Toast Base: Arrange the sliced bread on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil on both sides. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and set aside.
