1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and pressed

1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated and washed

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup diced cucumber

2 green onions, finely chopped

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Optional: Sesame seeds for topping

Prepare the Tofu: Start by crumbling the pressed tofu into small, bite-sized pieces. This will create a texture similar to ground meat, which will soak up the BBQ flavors beautifully.
