Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup beef broth

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Sauté the Aromatics: Add the diced onion and cook for about 3 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add the Cheese: Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese, allowing each addition to melt before adding more, until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.

Combine Pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and gently toss to coat the pasta with the sauce. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes for brightness.

Top It Off: If using, sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.

Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately while hot, allowing the luscious, cheesy sauce to envelop each bite!
