4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced

1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup salami, cubed

1/2 cup provolone cheese, cubed

1/2 cup Italian dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Prepare the Veggies: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini peppers, and sliced black olives.
