Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup crispy fried onions (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, cooked pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Add Toppings: If using, sprinkle the crispy fried onions evenly over the top for added crunch.

Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then serve warm. Enjoy your homemade chicken bacon ranch casserole with a side salad or some crusty bread!
