2 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup Hatch green chilies, diced (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Fresh lettuce leaves (optional)

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced Hatch green chilies, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and lime juice. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy. Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

    Warm the Tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, until soft and pliable. This step will make it easier to wrap the tortillas later.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Add fresh lettuce leaves if desired for an extra crunch.

        Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then start rolling from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat this process with the second tortilla and remaining filling.

          Toast (Optional): For a crispy finish, return the wraps to the skillet and toast each side for about 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
