1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/2 cup ranch dressing

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, minced garlic, olive oil, dried Italian herbs, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Whisk to blend well.
