4 ears of fresh corn, husked

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill the Corn: Place the husked corn on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes until slightly charred and tender. Remove from the grill and let cool.

      Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

        Chop the Veggies: While the corn is cooling, chop the red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

          Cut the Corn: Once the corn is cool enough to handle, cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a large mixing bowl.
