Ingredients

For the Grilled Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Strawberry Salsa:

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño pepper, deseeded and minced (optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix well to create a marinade.

      - Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they're well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

        Prepare the Salsa:

          - While the chicken marinates, prepare the strawberry salsa. In a bowl, combine diced strawberries, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.

            - Gently stir to mix all ingredients. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

              Grill the Chicken:

                - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

                  - Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place chicken breasts on the grill.

                    - Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has nice grill marks. Avoid flipping too often.

                      Serve:

                        - Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

                          - Slice the grilled chicken and serve it topped with the fresh strawberry salsa. Enjoy your delightful dish!
