2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Freshly ground black pepper, for garnish

Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes for the best flavor.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

      Prepare the Wraps: While the chicken rests, take the whole wheat tortillas and lay them flat. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the lettuce evenly.

        Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, layer the Caesar salad mixture, followed by the sliced grilled chicken. If desired, add cherry tomatoes for an extra burst of flavor.
