Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Additional grated Parmesan for topping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Roll the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc about 4 inches in diameter.

Fill the Biscuits: Take a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching and sealing it to create a ball. Be sure no filling is showing.

Melt the Butter: In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in a pinch of garlic powder and the chopped parsley, mixing well.

Bake the Bombs: Place the filled bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture. If desired, sprinkle extra grated Parmesan on top for added flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter if desired and garnish with additional parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
