2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup rolled oats

¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

2 tablespoons coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    Add Cranberries: Gently fold in the chopped cranberries to the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter (or peanut butter), and salt. Stir well until combined.

        Create Layers: In a lined 8x8 inch baking dish, spread half of the yogurt cranberry mixture evenly on the bottom. Layer the oat mixture over it, followed by the remaining yogurt cranberry mixture on top.
