Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 cup coconut water (or regular water for a milder taste)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, banana slices, coconut water, honey (if using), and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture. If you'd like it sweeter, add a bit more honey or agave syrup and blend again to combine.

Prep Your Molds: Pour the watermelon mixture evenly into Popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

Insert Sticks: If your molds need sticks, insert them into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: To remove the pops, run warm water over the base of the mold for a few seconds until they release. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
