Ingredients
  

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, if preferred)

Pinch of salt

Optional: Extra graham crackers and marshmallows for layering

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

    Layer the Mixture: Line an 8x8-inch (or similar size) baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Spread half of the yogurt mixture evenly in the bottom of the dish.

      Add the Graham Crackers: Sprinkle half of the graham cracker crumbs over the yogurt layer, pressing down gently to adhere.

        Sprinkle Marshmallows and Chocolate: Evenly distribute half of the mini marshmallows and half of the chocolate chips over the graham cracker layer.

          Add Remaining Yogurt: Carefully layer the rest of the yogurt mixture on top, smoothing it out with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate chips on this layer for extra texture and flavor.

            Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and place it in the freezer. Allow the squares to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.

              Cut and Serve: Once the yogurt has fully frozen, lift the entire block out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Place it on a cutting board and cut into squares. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
