Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or nuts (for added texture)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and fully combined.

Line the Baking Sheet: Cover a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula, aiming for a thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Add Raspberries: Evenly distribute the fresh raspberries on top of the yogurt layer. Gently press them in if desired.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle granola over the yogurt bark, and if you're using, add the chopped dark chocolate or nuts for an extra crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen and firm.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer and lift it out of the baking sheet using the parchment paper overhang. Break it into pieces or cut into squares.

Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. You can enjoy it straight from the freezer or let it sit for a minute to soften slightly before digging in!
