Frozen Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Cubes

Ingredients
  

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey for a non-vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, canned pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

    Mix Well: Use a whisk or a spatula to combine all the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

      Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or spice levels if desired. For a bit more sweetness, add a touch more maple syrup. For more spice, another sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice can be added.

        Prepare the Ice Cube Tray: Lightly spray an ice cube tray with cooking spray or use silicone ice cube trays for easier removal.

          Fill the Tray: Spoon the pumpkin spice yogurt mixture into the ice cube tray compartments, filling them about 3/4 full to allow for expansion as they freeze.

              Freeze: Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.
