Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola or nuts (for topping)

Silicone muffin cups or paper cupcake liners

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed and the sweetener is fully incorporated.

Layer the Ingredients: Line a muffin tin with silicone muffin cups or paper cupcake liners. Start by placing a spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of each cup.

Add the Fruits: Layer mixed berries and sliced banana over the yogurt in each cup. You can alternate layers as desired. It's fun to create rainbow layers for a vibrant presentation!

Top Off: Once each cup is filled with fruit, add another layer of the Greek yogurt mixture until you reach the top of the cups, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Add Crunch: Sprinkle a little granola or chopped nuts on top for an added crunch and texture.

Freeze the Cups: Place the entire muffin tin in the freezer and let the fruit cups freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve and Enjoy: To serve, remove the frozen cups from the tin by pulling gently on the silicone or removing the paper liners. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before enjoying.
