Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen; blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for crunch)

Silicone mold or ice cube tray

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully mixed.

Add Berries: Fold the mixed berries gently into the yogurt mixture. If using larger berries, such as strawberries, chop them into smaller pieces before adding.

Portion in Molds: Spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into the silicone mold or ice cube tray. Fill each cavity about 3/4 of the way full, leaving a little space at the top.

Add Crunch (Optional): If desired, sprinkle a little granola on top of each portion for added texture.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bombs from the molds. You can run them under warm water for a few seconds to help release them if they stick.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for when you need a quick treat!
