Ingredients

2 cups of seedless grapes (red or green)

1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

Prepare the Grapes: Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water and remove any stems. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Mix the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.

Skewer the Grapes: Thread 4-5 grapes onto each skewer or toothpick. Make sure to leave some space at the bottom for easy handling.

Coat the Grapes: Dip each skewer of grapes into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that they are evenly coated. Gently shake off any excess yogurt.

Freeze the Skewers: Lay the coated grape skewers flat on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not touching each other.

Chill Out: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the grape skewers freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until completely solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the skewers from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes for easier eating. Enjoy your refreshing Chilly Grape Popsicles!
