2 ripe bananas

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate for a dairy-free option)

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Prep the Bananas: Slice the bananas into thick rounds, about 1/2 inch thick. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes until firm.

    Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
