Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: dark chocolate drizzle for topping

Instructions

Prep the Blueberries: Rinse the blueberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry to avoid excess water in your clusters.

Mix Yogurt: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.

Coat the Blueberries: Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.

Form Clusters: Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop clusters of the yogurt-coated blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to keep them reasonably spaced apart.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the yogurt clusters are completely frozen.

Optional Chocolate Drizzle: If you'd like to add a chocolate drizzle, melt some dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over the frozen clusters after they have set.

Enjoy: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container for storage. Keep them in the freezer and enjoy them as a refreshing snack whenever you desire!
