Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup almond butter (optional, for a nutty twist)

1/4 cup granola (for topping, optional)

Popsicle molds

Wooden sticks or reusable pop sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and place them in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Mix in Yogurt and Sweetener: Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blended banana. Blend again until the mixture is well combined and creamy.

Add Almond Butter: If you’re using almond butter for an added flavor, gently fold it into the banana mixture, creating swirls rather than fully incorporating it for a beautiful marbled effect.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the banana-yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle granola on top of each pop for added crunch. Press it down gently so it adheres to the mixture.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks in the center of each mold. Make sure they are standing straight without touching the edges of the mold.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, which will help to release them. Gently pull the pops out and enjoy your delicious frozen treats!

Storage: If not consumed immediately, store the pops in an airtight container or wrap them in plastic wrap and keep them in the freezer for up to a month.
