Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prep the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into round pieces, about 1/2 inch thick. Set aside.

Mix the Yogurt: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup (if using). Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Layer the Ingredients: In silicone muffin cups or small paper cups, spoon about a tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each cup.

Add Banana Slices: Place a few banana slices on top of the yogurt layer in each cup. Drizzle a teaspoon of caramel sauce over the banana slices.

Repeat the Layers: Add another layer of yogurt on top of the caramel and banana, followed by another layer of banana slices and a drizzle of caramel sauce. If desired, sprinkle some crushed graham crackers and chopped walnuts on each layer for added crunch.

Final Layer: Finish with one last layer of yogurt and top with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Freeze: Place the filled cups in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before enjoying. You can gently pull the silicone cups to release the yogurt cups or peel off the paper cups.

Garnish (Optional): For extra flair, you can top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers before serving.
