1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup fig jam (store-bought or homemade)

1 ½ cups fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup goat cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup arugula (for garnish)

Balsamic glaze (for drizzling on top)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

    Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness (about 12 inches in diameter). Transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if using a pizza stone.
