4 large eggs

1/2 cup bell peppers (diced) - any color

1/2 cup spinach (fresh, chopped)

1/4 cup red onion (diced)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 whole wheat pita pockets

1/2 avocado (sliced)

1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled, optional)

Prepare the Veggies: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced red onion and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
