Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (preferably chuck or sirloin)

2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

4 cups beef broth

2 cups water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for extra depth)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 tablespoon sesame oil (plus more for drizzling)

1 cup frozen peas (or mixed vegetables)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

2 boiled eggs (soft or hard-boiled, based on preference)

Sriracha or chili oil (for heat, optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Break it apart using a spatula, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Aromatics: Lower the heat to medium. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Create the Broth: Pour in the beef broth, water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.

Cook the Ramen: In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the instant ramen noodles (without the seasoning packets) and cook according to package instructions (typically about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Add Vegetables: Stir in the frozen peas (or your choice of mixed vegetables) to the broth, and let them cook for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Combine & Serve: Place a serving of the drained ramen noodles into bowls. Ladle the hot beef broth and beef mixture over the noodles. Top each bowl with a halved boiled egg and a drizzle of sesame oil.

Garnish: Finish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and, if desired, a drizzle of Sriracha or chili oil for a spicy kick.

Enjoy! Serve immediately while hot and enjoy the comforting flavors of your Easy Ground Beef Ramen Bowls.
