Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 lemon (juiced and zested)

1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Lemon slices, for garnish

Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Make the Lemon-Dill Sauce: While the salmon is baking, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped dill, honey (if using), and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven. Plate the salmon and drizzle generously with the lemon-dill sauce. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill sprigs.

Enjoy: Serve with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables or a light salad.
