2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Zest of 1 lime

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 medium cucumber, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

4 whole-wheat pita breads

Mixed greens or lettuce, for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely browned. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
