1 lb ground turkey or beef

1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)

1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, cut into wedges

1 head of iceberg lettuce (or romaine), leaves separated

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey or beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.

    Add Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions, adding water as needed. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the flavors meld.
