1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare Chickpeas: After rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with paper towels. The drier they are, the crunchier they will get.

      Season: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Add the dried chickpeas to the bowl and toss until they're evenly coated in the seasoning mix.
