1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your air fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.

    Prepare the cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the florets are evenly coated with the seasonings.
