1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 lemons

2 tablespoons honey

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
