Crispy Chicken Parmesan Bites

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Olive oil spray (or canola oil for frying)

Prep the Chicken: Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Prepare Breading Stations: In three separate shallow bowls, set up your breading stations. In the first bowl, place the flour. In the second bowl, add the beaten eggs. In the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

      Bread the Chicken: Dredge each piece of chicken first in the flour, making sure to coat evenly. Shake off any excess flour. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
